Base salary
Your daily role
- Works with their supervisor and team to achieve daily productivity and recovery goals
- Assign employees to packaging lines/positions as needed
- Facilitate bottom-up communication to bring attention to the management of any ideas or equipment modification which will help improve safety or lower production costs
- Ensure that proper and legible records of the production logs are maintained
Your profile
- 1 year plus experience desired
- Willingness to learn new tasks and be dependable
- Must possess a demonstrated ability to work and understand technical manuals associated
- to production
- Must be a team leader and effectively communicate with other
