Your daily role

Reporting to the Sales Analyst Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all administrative, analytical and support functions of the team are operating effectively to meet the strategic objectives of the team and Bonduelle corporate objectives. The Analyst is a key member of the business team and will work closely with other team members. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, analytical, a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities:

 

  • Support the team in their daily activities with clients to help achieve our strategic objectives;
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that marketing tools (ad tracker, pricing strategy template and account plans) are optimal and kept up to date;
  • Work closely with the Category Management team to provide the Account Management team with actionable category information (products, pricing, promotions and distribution);
  • Act as the customer service contact for the team's accounts;
  • Manage customer pricing (data entry and communication with finance department);
  • Monitor service levels on a daily or weekly basis and communicate to customers the causes of shortages and stock restoration dates;
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure forecasts are aligned with anticipated customer demand;
  • Monitor and validate customer execution of promotions for future analysis;
  • Manage deduction reconciliation and work to resolve discrepancies;
  • When necessary, attend customer meetings with account managers to provide support;
  • Coordinate sample orders and conduct store visits from time to time to gather market information and retail audits;

Your profile

  • College Diploma/University Diploma or a combination of work experience and training in the field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the functions
  • Knowledge of customer data portals (ie. Sobeys IRi, WM Retail Link, LCL Precima, Dunnhumby, etc.).
  • Problem solver with analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Google G-Suite and related applications.
  • Good communication skills including both verbal and written.
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker and meet established deadlines.
  • Bilingual (french/english)
